A place on any training course is not confirmed until full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are listed on the website or provided in writing. Full payment is required to confirm a place on Building Transformation training, unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing. If your organisation requires an invoice, purchase order, or bank transfer arrangement, please contact us before registering. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.
5. Cancellations and refunds
For Building Transformation training, you may cancel your booking and receive a full refund if you notify us in writing at least 3 working days before the course start date. Cancellations made fewer than 3 working days before the course begins, or after the course has started, are not normally refundable because places are limited and the course is planned around confirmed participants. In exceptional circumstances, such as serious illness, bereavement, or another significant personal emergency, we may consider a partial refund or transfer at our discretion. We may request supporting evidence.Missed sessions are non-refundable. Participants are responsible for catching up on any missed material or tasks.
6. Transfers and substitutions
We may allow a participant to transfer their place to another suitable person from the same organisation, provided we are notified in advance and the replacement participant is able to take part appropriately.Transfers to a future cohort may be considered at our discretion and are not guaranteed.
7. Use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully and respectfully. You must not:
