Refund Policy

Full payment is required to confirm a participant’s place. Cancellations made at least 3 working days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after this point, or after the course has started, are not normally refundable, as cohort places are limited and course planning is based on confirmed bookings. In exceptional circumstances, such as serious illness or emergency, Arts for Action may consider a partial refund or transfer at its discretion and may request supporting evidence. Missed sessions are non-refundable, and participants are responsible for catching up on any missed course content.
